Files do not prove contact with aliens from what I see however they prove that the government was WAAAAAAAAAAAY more interested in these UFO's then they let on.

And don't rely on FOIA for anything relevant, most of what they do have access to is encrypted. They can release it as per the legal mandate but they don't always have to open it up.
