This is a classic example of how corrupt cops will do anything to try and racially profile a black guy for "smoking weed in public"...The black guy rightfully gets angry because he knows he wasnt smoking anything,,,,He DEMANDS to be arrested at first, IF they want his name and address and to search him, but after lots of crap from the cops especially the old dog handler, the black guy eventually storms away from those corrupt cops!!
You will notice at 2minutes 15seconds into the video the Asian cop tries to threaten the black guy but starts stuttering and stammering incoherently after saying he was going to arrest him, and has to stop talking briefly to regain his composure, a sure sign of a corrupt cop knowing he was lying and trying to cover it up!!
