dimentions.....alternitive or otherwise?

we speak of time travel , what about dimetional therorys?it has been said that there are 275+ alternate dimentions on this rock, (planes of existance that run parrelel to ours... its also been rumored that, there are interdimentional "doorways" on this planet that if you know where they are you just walk on thru.....

I would love to go to a world like Star Trek. To serve in Starfleet and meet countless civilizations in deep space would be a wonderous life.
