it's a normal window that occurs every 25,000yrs when a solar system wide solar flare occurs(some call it a mini-nova)
nobody knows when it occurs in the 25yr window but always does.

2000 to end of 2024

it's why everyone thought it would be 2012, halfway through the window.
almost did a few times. Actually several, we're way overdue at this point.

all the predictions were 'windows of opportunity' when it might've happened. That's the closest any prediction can come.
Truth is god is the one that triggers it.

Divine intervention cannot ever be predicted by time viewers, time travel tech.

so you can make concrete plans on it occuring in 2024.
Before that it's unknown.
