Do you know any way I can do that? But not erasing all of their memories, just what happened in the past few days.

It can be done.

Imho, you would need to find a very good
hypnotherapist to eradicate these memories while they are still fresh.

The sooner, the better before the memories bond with other socio interpretations .

You must act fast depending on what, whom, how and why these memories associate.

Hypnotherapy is very tricky,
it may or may not help.
It depends on the individual.

There are two problems with this:

1) I don't know any hypnotherapist.

2) I have to do it without the people knowing.

Without knowing the exact detail of the circumstances, the best way to handle this might be to try best to reconcile any difference the act or actions it involves in the here and the now.

I'm sorry if I'm off base here,
this is not an easy question to answer.

You could try doing something that goes directly in opposition to the memories, this could help. (???)

It's not the end of the world. Just explain to her that you were drunk and didn't really mean to get engaged. :p
