Frequency f is defined to be the number of events per unit time. For periodic motion, frequency is the number of oscillations per unit time. The relationship between frequency and period is f=1/T

It seems the relationship between frequency and time(period) is referenced in this way, in George Van Tassels' interview he says it would give, it would give us what we need in order to complete a working formula for a time machine.

How can we use this to be able to work out the Time Travel formula on our own?

it's because science hasn't gotten to 1st principles yet

seems complex but Van Tassel was hinting that modern science's potentials are really hidden vectors.
Once you redefine EM, nuclear and gravitational potentials as vectors you find the substructure of reality....

'the frequency'.

Quantum mechanics say the most elementary particles that can't be subdivided are photons and electrons.
they claim everything in physics can be built from them.

problem is their ideas fall apart cuz they're not elementary.
They can be sub-divided further.

in that case, you find that EM potentials, Nuclear potentials and gravitational potentials are secretly vectors vibrating like crazy.

This fundamental hidden vector within potentials is the 'frequency' that Van Tassel's equation is referencing.
This means the tiniest part of our reality isn't the planck, it's the quantum time integral.

QTI is my term for the smallest bit of reality, a longitudinal wave.

This opens a can of worms...cuz...longitudinal waves are vectors.

Vectors are 3 things
1)magnitude
2)direction
3)time

This means 'time' itself has time.
The time we witness is fake.

These time waves are not always longitudinal waves. These waves move at a 180 degrees which makes that a longitudinal wave but these waves also move at a 90 degree angle from left and right angles just like how current moves through a wire and the magnetic field is emitted at a 90 degrees angle which is also interesting

neat
that's a star's energy grid
So that's I know for sure you can collect these waves a 90 degrees angle and at 180 degrees but the two angles that make the point of the triangle are touching so that implies you would need two wires tied off at the end to pull in these waves
