I treat those that post so-called "evidence" and/or claims the same.

However, I try not to step on a person's religious faith.

Stating that Jesus is our Lord and Savior (for example) is not the same sort of claim as "Serious studies have shown compelling evidences that the Moon is not a natural satellite."

One is a statement of faith while the other is the propagation of a lie.

I know for a fact that the Moon claim is a lie.
I don't know for a fact that Jesus is not our Lord and Savior.

I do know for a fact that Jesus Christ is not our Lord and Savior. I don't know that he's not an extra terrestrial being or time traveler that had an aid in our evolution. But he's not what religion makes it to be.

The point is, there are established facts we have in hand about the Moon that prove beyond doubt that it is neither hollow nor artificial. If we need to check more, it's right there in front of us.

We don't even have decent evidence that Jesus ever even existed.

One can be known for a fact, the other cannot (at this time.)
