How to use HDR Resonator to move time forward or backward

I noticed that the caduceus coil of this machine, if the direction of the current of the Caduceus coil changes, can HDR resonator be used to move time forward or backward.

When I put the watch next to the HDR, the hand of the watch will rotate and the time will be distorted and changed. I don't know when the watch will rotate clockwise and when the watch will rotate counterclockwise.

HDR sounds like bullshit tbh try learning particle physics and quantum physics and maybe astronomy and apply that knowledge to your engineering best you can do to time travel honestly. Try researching gravity too since gravity bends time. GL
