You're right. I can't picture you meditating to astral travel. I think we have a better chance of pigs flying.

I have a demo "toy" for my physics class illustrating aspects of circular motion.

It's a battery-powered flying pig. You hang it from a string, turn it on and give it a push (like a paper airplane push) and it flies in circles.

So, pigs fly for me all the time.
