Is warping the sense of time considered time travel?

warpoing maybe if you walk through a time warp you go into time or if you sail through it in a ship , check this video out about the vanished ship from the bermuda triangle was found deep in a cave in thailand i think it was and out of time to

Time travel to the future is a form of invisible dephased stasis.
From your perspective you see time rapidly speed up, but if people saw you, you'd be "frozen"

if you went back to the present time on a return trip to where you came from...your future traveling self is
still stuck dephased from reality for forever 'time traveling to the future'.
If someone knew where you were invisibly stuck, they could setup equipment to pull you out of your time field.

Tons of time travelers dephased from reality this way.
All around us.

Time travel is half perspective & half timewarp.

Of course you can just create a stopped time field and put people inside.
you'd still see them. Keep them in there for a few centuries and then turn off..presto ur in the future.

Dephased invisible type is the one that people consider time travel though. Still just stasis.
