It is something how there are some areas that get no rain and other areas get too much rain.
I was wondering if they plan to build more desalination plants on the west coast, which takes ocean water to filter out salts to create fresh water. When I lived in Roswell many moons ago I saw that they had one there.
A food shortage, created by drought, is an event that makes everyone very vunerable.
Hungry sheep would follow anyone...anywhere...to get a loaf of bread.
As the video progressed it took the fear to a solution...'food for freedom', an infomercial. Use aqua methods of growing vegetables while raising fish. Sounded good until they said click and give credit card info.
