The stuff you can get on the internet is probably not toxic. That is, it's just as easy to sell fools non-toxic "magic powder" as it is to sell them the toxic kind.
That is not the only claim they make in the video.They claim if you heat it and cool
it the container it is in would change weight.
The container would either get leighter or heavier.Besides monoatomic gold would be expensive to make.
