It's fake! It looks like a video of a rear view dash cam used for parking. That's why the resolution sucks. It seems that lots of fantastic claims are made with poor resolution videos.

so far in my 16 years on the intarweb, i have seen a few real possible video and i can count them on one hand set of fingers, lately a lot of the sky video about luminous vortex are more realistic than anything else, as for viewed really caught on film time travel are very few, i believe more surveillance camera since most of the time they arent plans

Where's the portal? All I see are lines on a car camera. I have one of these cameras on the back of my car and it creates the same lines. Am I missing something?
