North Korea is threatening us again. Question for all of you.

How is it that the new ICBM or Intercontinental Ballistic Missile can hit Montreal, but not Miami?

Good question...but what if they were closer to our shores using a ship from another country or their own submarine? It could be the Love Boat or The Yellow Submarine. Get closer and they could hit anywhere.
