Paranormalis Chat Event - Hows does it work?

Do any of you know how this Chat Event Works? Is it done thought the forum, some messaging service or conference line? Also can one suggest a topic, as I believe a question and answer with yours truly, would make a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Chat events take place in the chat room (Chatroom | Paranormalis) every Wednesday at 8:00 PM EST. We all gather there and discuss various subjects, time travel being our favorite. We're open to suggestion during the event.

There's a link to get in the chat right under the logo.

Take note that chat is always active. You can chat with anyone at any time who happens to be in there with you at that moment.

The chat room allows for live messaging between attending members.

During the chat event, the chat room also appears on the forum front page.
