Hi everyone,
As you all know, Paranormalis is getting more and more visitors since mid-2015. So many visitors, that we recently needed to upgrade our hosting plan in order to avoid server outages. Sadly, this means a higher monthly cost to keep the forum online, and obviously, less budget for improvements and cool stuff like posting contests. That's why Premium Membership is being introduced.
Before we start, here's something very important: Paranormalis has always been and will always be free.
Premium Membership is available to dedicated members who want to support our community and help us bring it to the next level. It's basically a donation that has some small but cool advantages. All the revenues generated are going to be re-invested in the forum.
By becoming a Premium Member, you:
If you choose a subscription with automatic renewal, a payment will automatically be taken every time period to keep your Premium Membership active, unless you cancel your recurring subscription on Paypal. Canceling your recurring subscription doesn't cancel your Premium Membership: It just won't automatically renew when it expires.
A PayPal account is required for payment.

You can also access it by clicking the Account Upgrades link, in your account preferences / settings.
Basically, Premium Members aren't getting anything incredible that gives them any sort of advantage over other members, or anything. It just gives some more flavor to their forum experience and their involvement in the community, while supporting it.
As ever, feel free to share any question, comment, suggestion or concern you might have about this. I'm open to suggestions for most of the above, including the prices.

- Gain access to the Premium Lounge forum section
- Can set your own custom user title
- Get a Premium badge under your user title
- 20.00 USD per year
- 2.00 USD per month
