If there was a second real time travler from another timeline as shown at Art Bells BBS, no AI cannot.
 
I had an SCI. I asked if my compartment at the NSA had been declassified. GPT said no then it gave a detailed description of my compartment confirming it’s existence. It probably found websites that Snowden was posting on when he was revealing all of our info.

No' what the time travel web end up being, is landing strips in time and space for time travelers to legally visit and have their says. This is allowed as the websites are looked at as entertainment media and the common ethos sentiment of the time is, 'There is no such thing as time travel'., when in-house commonality of these time webs, say there might be.

Pam M tripped on the subject area of coquialisms from Titor's worldline and there was kind of a free for all series of contributions of how certain words & phrases are said per local areas. Pam seemed to have a really good handle on this from supposedly meeting with Titor a time or two.
 
It was interesting how the Titor hoax talks about nuclear war and we have Putin making regular comments about nuclear war. So I guess Zero was thinking the Titor story was unfolding.

Two avenues. One that there really was a second John Titor from another world line and what they went through was the truth. Or two, the making of the John Titor story went international within agreed sacrosanct groups, and they too used from the mythical base of Allas Babylon storyline.
 
I see. Well fiction or non fiction Putin is frequently in the news. One fictional suggestion was that Biden would resign in October. Harris steps in. Then she wins election. Gavin Newsome gets involved. The USA becomes socialist after election. And Putin gets fed up with the USA and attacks the east coast with nukes. I was thinking that Zero who recently showed up was trying to push that pro Harris story.

Something was odd about Titor's first appearances. Something was off but I can't just figure this out. This was when Art Bell was starting to explore the possibilities of hoaxes on the web, so wanted to get a lot of people staged in place ahead of time, so that when staged Titor appeared, then the abundance of inquisitors could ferret out the truth.

This didn't work out as such as there was a second Titor that showed up in some of the first Art Bells shows.

Keep in mind on this GE time machine of his, there was no indication whatsoever that there were component boards of any kind in the planned drawings of the GE unit. They're not shown. But they had to be there because there's feedback from the timescale environment outside of the Kerr's twin nonlocality simulated approximated black holes. This feedback is in nanoseconds so there has to be a series of electronics boards to act as shock absorbers so the twin Kerr's can approximate a traveling set of spheres and function.

This is the big panic bomb in John Titor.*It was intimated that Art Bells took the contract for Montauk time traveling kids, because nobody else wanted this position as medic. He knew too much. I feel that this is why there was an attempt upon his life.

This was all unplanned. There's also the accusation that because he was involved in now two tried to cover up time experiments, that he was slaighted for elimination. His first wife died, then he was getting another wife too soon. What we don't know is how deep Art was into this mess.
