John Titor did talk about a civil war.

He did not specifically mention a race war. However, our time lines are not the same. It could be that we are near one. Time will tell as we say.

I won't comment on John Titor one way or the other...but the video is worth watching. It will be interesting come election time or inauguration...time will tell but anything can happen at these times. If you wonder what I am talking about watch the video. Even if there wasn't a civil war or a rigged election we just go deeper into the hole waiting for the day when it does happen.
