back to the future is correct from my experiments
about a gigawatt for something as big as a car for 30yrs

Well I’m just trying to make a small model to act as a proof of concept. A few seconds of time dilation would be great

Well, unfortunately for me, I don’t have that. I meant if there were somehow a way I could calculate the power requirements with a formula accounting for the frequency, veolcity, intensity, distance, magnetic field, and so on

No offense taken. I know it’s going to be a long journey, but I hope relatively soon, I can prove a way to slow down or speed up time. My best guess now is rotating electromagnetic magnetic fields
