According to the Russian news agency (TASS), Russia has just increased the range of its EMP guns from 1 to 2 kilometrers upto 10 kilometres!
Tests of EMP guns has been going on since 2015, and they allegedly are being used against any unmanned vehicles flying within the vicinity of 10km, completely destroying all of the on board electrical systems...Once targeted, the EMP almost instantaneously knocks out the vehicle, as the pulse travels at the speed of light.
