Get the cheapest function generator you can find, but make sure it has 2 output channels. You can find them online for less than $100. It's best if it uses DDS (direct digital synthesis).
Use 2 class A amplifiers to boost the signals. This type of amplifier will perfectly preserve the waveform, at the cost of energy efficiency.
