I have yet to see any empirical data to support mainstream dogma about time travel. Apparently if it's a theory, it's okay to talk about it. But if you have real data, you'll be heckled out of existence. Honestly I think we are being controlled to not pursue investigations into time. So basically anything you think you know about time is actually based on make believe theories. Nothing!

No. Nobody is trying to convince anyone.
It IS impossible for an average person to achieve superluminal velocity.
It might be possible to effectively travel further than light would have in the same amount of time though.
That would be the Alcubierre Drive (warping space,) or something along those lines.
