Pedophile gates are constant headlines on the internet today.
Black magic and satanic rites most invariably include in their procedures the sacrifice of a child, or a teen age boy or girl whose blood is offered to a god or goddess.
Since time immemorial the sacrifice of human blood has occurred. It will be an extreme of naivety stating that this cruelty, this barbarism was eradicated off our society.
Now if we believe in Justice, there must be justice in nature, we will believe those wretched souls will not get away with murder, at least in the long run.
So, in order to provide the reader with the `broader view from the top of the mountain` i made up my mind in quoting from a book by Francisco Candido Xavier, the charitable brazilian medium, on what goes on in the afterlife. A figurative `place` where criminals `go` after their physical death. Not only during the intermediary phase between incarnations, but also the very incarnation of a spirit who gave himself away to crimes.

Sabino, the arrogant nobleman, was completely unaware of Sabino, the paralytic dwarf. In total introspection, he kept re living his past at the deepest level of self absorption, showing that he was a man deluded by false superiority before his fellow beings......
