if time is real energy(not just abstract comparison of comparable energies aka tick of a clock versus the move of the sun across the sky) then the photon has actual energy other than the EM force.

Means photons aren't elementary particles because EM fields aren't elementary. Physicists know that, they know virtual pairs and virtual photons compose EM. They just don't think it's real due to violation of conservation of physics and their ignorance in utilizing virtual pairs for real power.

photons are produced by re-organizing quantum time(the substructure of EM fields).
