Taking anything out of the fridge and pretending it is beef jerky – piece of cake … UNTIL NOW. That was an ability I lost after watching the real thing. Nevertheless, I am so thankful I saw how it is done. Great … just great !!!
… and the spectacle of northern lights too …I can only imagine how it would be to see that live.
