It is said that if we can travel at the speed of light that we will not age while the earth will ?

Biologically I think they ignore the fact that our DNA has a biological clock that regulate replication, restoration and life of DNA. This discovery was made back in 2013 but speculation of it's existence goes back a long way.

Theoretically if we can stop the aging process we become "time travelers" that can only travel to the future but never past.

Example if the human body can be sustained in a frozen state while keeping it alive and the brain healthy and comatose, it will "feel" that we might have traveled trough time. Truth is however, the individual didn't observe the passing of time.

At this point it becomes obvious that even if we can travel at the speed of light our own biological clock will run the same as anyone on earth. So the person will only live as long as they normally would live on earth even when moving at the speed of light. Our perception of time and how it passes may change but if we can't stop our biological aspect of our body it wouldn't matter.
