I thought it was pretty self explanatory, it is acupressure, you apply pressure to the thumb relevant to where the tooth pain is. Don't use anything too sharp

I was talking about the original photo in this thread, not the thumb. You wanted to know why I tried staring at it without blinking. I tried various things. The poster did not give instructions other than sitting on it, which I won’t be doing.
