Three little words and the time traveler

Over the years I've met several people claiming to be the time travelers from the future including someone claiming to be an older version of myself. I was given three words from one of the alleged time travelers, that I quickly scribbled on the back of a nicotine patch box. I've been racking my brains since trying to work out what they represent can you help?

The words are:

1) Aim
2) Bleak
3) Ocean

I believe the words may relate to a new stable transuranic element, used to power time machines.

Can you solve the mystery?

It did cross my mind, but the words may have an alchemic connection in as far as as using their code. I did run the words through a anagram solver, but got no meaningful results. But I get the sense that there's a simpler answer.

I believe a member of this forum who wishes to remain anonymous may have cracked the code and as a results I am within arm reach of a functioning time machine or at least a portal to another time.
