Briefly it could be Googles quantum computer that might have theoretically created the first time crystal thats a new phase of matter which upends the laws of thermodynamics by not using any energy...BUT, it wont allow Google to build a time-machine..

Only the unique patented/approved TimeFlipper quartz time crystal is close to achieving the first self contained energetic time crystal, combined with a Delta Time Antenna (joke of course) ..
