You can travel through time. But not really... I 'll explain,
You have to trick the universe, by giving it a glitch that abides by its own rules.
The only way you can travel back is through your own existence by sending your essence of being into your past selfs brain.
You are technically not breaking time but breaking your brain.
Your body is like a time code stamp, its been everywhere done everything it is a time machine in itself.
Your brain and essence of being is the part of yourself that is trapped to this time period that experiences moments constant.
However capture and send the new signals of your brain back to older signals, and hey presto you’ve gone back in time.
Your new brain writes over the past brain and you exist in your younger body in a different timeline.

Have you considered that if you sent your "essence" back into yourself in the past, you will do other things differently to what you already had done to be "here" right now, which means you would have never written this message, for me to reply to...Therefore a classic paradox..

Nope cause you exist in the past as soon as you enter it's only after you make one altered decision is that you are then in a different timeline anyway. So it would never affect the first timeline your from. Your technically sending back information what you know now to then. So there is no paradox.

Yes, you are sending information back in time, from which you will act differently upon...You can only create a new dimension to make changes in, which prevents a paradox, when you are actually within a Time Machine that protects you physically and psychologically from the effects of Time-Travelling..

Your actions after the time travel don't matter, you cant have a paradox from being in your own body, paradoxes occur because of the idea of yourself meeting or changing something that doesn't allow you to create a time machine for the you that exists in the past but as you travelling back through your own body you don't need to worry about paradoxes. Maybe the timeline of the future you has left a dead you or has ceased to exist but after you travelled back in time you can only experience the moments from thereafter. Because you haven't changed the physical universe only altered the information from your own experience of the universe your not breaking einsteins theory of relativity only breaking your brain.

The point i was making is that i have never come across anything about Human Beings having the ability to time-travel, which is your assertion...The only good movie to portray that was The Time-Travellers Wife, where the guy would suddenly and "spontaneously" travel through time which could be the past or the future, he never knew what year or where he would be, each time he time-travelled..

Your belief is that information from now can be sent back through time to yourself in the past, from which you will make changes to what you have already done....Of course you have the right to your own opinion on that matter...In your story, you was saying the human body has its own ability to time travel to a timeline where time "on one decision" can be changed, and then time-travel again back to this timeline we are already in, and something has changed for you..
