You can arrive at your own past but once you move forward in that past at a normal rate, the timeline will begin to converge and that past will really have nothing to do with your past. So in theory you would create a new timeline where things are slightly different.

Okay. So what I did to negatively affected my timeline before as how it is now in the timeline I live in never really occurred or happened. How would I arrive at my past. I would prefer if I went someone if I was going to go back to those years of my past that messed up and affect of how my life is now, so I can change what I did so I am no longer affected by what I did anymore.
