Fake. He talks about 10g, which we're not even close to, and then 4g. Neural interfacing is extremely complicated and won't have a breakthrough within a couple years. Also you can't insert a common DIP chip into your brain and expect it to work. For a neural interface, it would require millions of nano fiber wires across the brain. A brain doesn't respond to wifi, so coating part of the chip with a little gold paint won't do anything.

Ok but look at the year we have a quantum computer all that coming but maybe that be like 4-5 years and then have nanobot coming out maybe before 2030 I just don't know for sure

Quantum computers are still very experimental and nowhere near practical for commercial use. Nanites aren't mentioned in the video. Development of those would be a significant point in history that a real time traveler wouldn't overlook. This guy saw some scifi movie and made up the story.
