Isn’t it a field caused by twisted or spinning? I don’t really know

A normal electromagnetic or gravitational field is static. When the object creating the field is moving or rotating with respect to the observer, other calculations come into play to account for the changing field.

Both types of fields propagate at the speed of light.
There are no other kinds of fields.
