This video shows how police forces send out their officers to peoples home ONLY in an attempt to "frighten" them, BUT in this case it is a Civil matter and NOT a Police matter!!...Personally I would have refused to accept the "warning" as it should have been served from a Civil officer, and certainly not a Police officer, whose precious time is being wasted on irrelevances, which the Police forces in the UK are VERY well known for doing!!...If you cannot see the video, go onto You Tube and type into their browser," Clueless Police Granny shows up at my door".

PCSO, Police Community Service Officers, do not have the same authority as PCs, Police Constables..For example they cannot detain or arrest anyone!..They are essentially glorified security officers....The PCSO in this video literally stole and emptied an unopened bottle of Cider down the drain..

I checked the Wellingborough Town Centre Laws regarding alcohol, and discovered that only if a person is drinking alcohol in the town centre.,can it be removed from him....However, the person in this video had just bought that bottle of Cider from a shop and was walking back to his car, when that PCSO unlawfully took the unopened bottle from the guy, causing the guy to feel Harassed Alarmed and Distressed!!
The PCSO should have been immediately sacked, sent to court for theft and causing the guy to be Harassed Alarmed and Distressed..
