Questioning reality several times a day is key to Lucid Dreaming and Astral Projection..

Lucid dreaming was lame. Spent years trying to do it. Doctor prescribed a drug to me that had the side effect of causing them. It turns out that your dreams are not all that realistic. Spent probably most of the night in a deteriorating dream. It's not as real as real life. Spent the following day tired as shit because I didn't get any deep sleep.
