What is the Betz Mystery Sphere?

I listened to this video about the Betz sphere and was totally captivated. I'm leaning toward the idea that this metal sphere was made by an extraterrestrial intelligence as a teaching tool to learn from.

Et yes, for learning sort of. It's an et drone. Most of them fly around virtually invisible almost never getting into trouble, Except the betz one, must of had a collision with an aeroplane or something. It got knocked hard enough to break it's anti gravitational tech but not quite so much that it isn't occasionally responsive to other harmonics. They are used mostly as environmental data collectors so, yes for educational purposes but, theirs, not ours. Ever see the image of a boeing with a clear circular bowling ball sized dent in it's nose?

Never heard of it but I do know the "saucers" are a mixture of organic and inorganic matter and have their own consciousness thus are living beings
