What skills are required to build a Time machine, Flux Capacitor, HDR, etc?

you would never know if someone make it up or not.. I don't think a time traveler is insane enough to actually tell anyone.. not even his own blood about it.. maybe his blood but I doubt it too.. maybe their mother but again doubt it.. it really depend how close they are to their mom and how discrete she is and how she raised them. but generally speaking dimensional time travelers wont sit down and talk about it.. they just don't.. they don't have "time" for it.. they are in a total awe to begin with.. and then need to adapt and many other things.. this is if they don't finish themselves off by an error or by intention because it is TAXING big time!

one thing for sure.. dimensional time travel is NOT sci fi what so ever.. in fact vast majority of what is sci fi in one timeline is already science in another..
