IMHO, i believe the stated frequency range of Radio Waves that came from the "Big Bang" were 300mhz upto 300,000mhz...This frequency range is better known as the Cosmologists "Cosmic Microwave Background" (CMB) that resides within our own Universe...
Taking this a step further, it is also my belief the electromagnetic radio waves of the CMB frequencies helps to "bind" our Universe together along with White Noise that represents 50% of our Universe, plus some other stuff...
You might recall the first Philadelphia Experiment back in 1943, when most of the ships crew on the top deck of the Eldridge DE-173 disappeared from view as soon as the experiments radio wave power was switched on....It was only when that power was switched off that some of the sailors who had vanished came back but were in terrible condition, some of them having gone completely insane and others that was stuck within the metal between the top and bottom deck but were somehow still alive!!...All of this was allegedly overseen by a UFO..
John Von Neuman, was tasked with discovering what had happened to those sailors on the top deck, and why the sailors below deck were completely unharmed...It was later theorised that when the ships radio wave power was switched on the sailors on the top deck went into another dimension and could have been there for days or even weeks!!...When the power was switched off after an hour or so, those sailors came back to this dimension, though some of them never returned...The sailors below deck were protected by the thickness of the metal between the top and bottom decks...
It was further theorised that every human being has "time-locks" that are built into our bodies and last from birth until death, they keep us locked into this dimension of ours, but when the experiment began, the sailors "time-locks" were adversely affected by the power of the Radio Waves circulating around the ship which caused the sailors to enter another dimension, and ultimately those terrible things that happened to the sailors..
Perhaps the UFOs we hear about were actually built on Earth by our scientists who learnt many things from the Philadelphia Experiment, including time machines...They would have studied those CMB frequencies and discovered the relevant frequencies of how to enter other dimensions....The problem with the "time-locks" would have been solved by duplicating the relevant frequencies that keeps us locked into THIS dimension of ours...
The duplicated "time-lock" frequencies would be fed into the crews cabin of their time-machine, to make the human "mind/consciousness" believe it is still in this Universe/Reality of ours...There would be a small portable radio transmitter fitted to each crew member using the same frequencies as used in the crews cabin, for protection outside of the time-machine...
I firmly belive that 98% of UFOs we actually hear about or see images of, were made by Governments that own ultra top secret man made UFOs and would be more than happy if members of the public believed that the UFO inhabitants were Other World Aliens compared to knowing that Governments own real time-machines, and the "abductions" were purposely done to reinforce the belief that Aliens were taking humans away for a few hours or days to do some diabolical things to them..
