Will the supreme court help Kentucky

Now that the US constitution is no longer following precedents for human rights, will the supreme court help the Bluegrass state to secure their right to inbreeding against replacement, so that their pure bloodlines are safeguarded from democrats, loud city folks who don't like basketball and outsiders looking all funny with their small ears?
