Back in 2000 John Titor said that in 2036 there was no more broadcast television and that internet was wireless like cell phones are now. Debunkers laughed saying there was no way. Oh yes, no way to send that much data due to lack of bandwidth and amount of radio spectra that was available to us.

Interesting info there HDRKID;
This looks promising for satellite to satellite or satellite to ground communication but I don't see to much value in everyday personal use. It is a Beam after all and a beam would be point to point not omnidirectional.
We shall see.

This is truly revolutionary in many ways. Look at the history of rim soon rip. Also, the history of nortel which was a giant once. There is a lot for us to learn on how technology grows.
