@PaulaJedi Pretty sure that "fixing" you, would be an experiment to them, or at least, some type of invasive medical surgery. At least they won't stuff you with a bill!

Right? The way I see things, we all gotta kick off at one time or another, so what if my time and place is when I make contact? Who's to say that my " destiny " isn't to be a part of some medical experiment done by an alien race? Maybe I am supposed to be disected and rejected as a pile of vitrial on the top if a mountain? Or maybe I'm the one that winds up having some blood type thing that kills them on contact?
Point being, if a person is convinced it is their job to make contact, then nothing will change their mind. Even the thought of inevitable death and or mutilation.
