YouTube's threat to free speech

I think the real problem is the vague contract we enter into when uploading onto YouTube... They can do whatever they want at any time and we have little to no recourse even when we abide by all the terms and conditions of the contract because they want to retain the right to 'Alter the deal' at any time and that doesn't work contractually speaking. For a contract to work we need to be able to agree upon set defined rules of agreement. But YouTube doesn't want to abide by set rules, they want to change the rules according to their whim and agenda.

We could abide by their speech parameters if they did not change the parameters on a regular basis with out communication or consent of content creators that had already agreed to a different deal.

But that's their legal problem -- and it WILL be a problem for them in a massive class action suit. The cases are already piling up in the courts.

YouTube cannot enjoy the legal immunities of being a common carrier while actively discriminating content for political reasons. They are either like a library or like a newspaper. They can't try to censor political viewpoints they dislike and then pretend like they are a common carrier when somebody wants to hold them responsible for content uploaded to their site.

Maybe Google will be the next big player to fall over their censorship policies. I'm sure Trump would be interested in knowing there is a massive effort by Google to rewrite all of history.

The democrats, MSM, and social media companies were in the wrong here, but InfoWars is batshit crazy. This is why they chose InfoWars first. So that people don't want to defend the people being censored. But it will expand to include everybody who does not toe the globalist/marxist line.

YouTube has never been a venue for free speech. It's unrealistic to expect it to be.

Fact is that many of the media outlets are controlled by liberals. It is a business decision what they allow or don't allow so they will surpress what they don't want heard...doesn't fit their narrative. It is very apparent what is happening as this 'control' is becoming a liberal monopoly.
Liberal views in colleges, removing statures to change history, and surpressing conservative opinions...I say we have a problem.
