The existance of negative mass would also explain a lot of phenomena

If you examine physics and the math used you would soon discover that mass doesn't exist. It is merely just used as the fudge factor to create equations. But every force has its negative counterpart. So negative weight does exist. Centrifugal force is the negative force to gravity.

But gravity itself can function as a centripetal force (for example between the moon and the earth). As a matter of fact it is always another force that functions as a centripetal force. The concept of a centrifugal force is an old scientific inaccuracy. There's nothing that pushes an object out. It just wants to move tangentially, but is pushed inwards due to the centripetal force (which also causes the circular route).

I see you've been educated with fiction. Yet we feel the presence of centrifugal force in our daily lives. Fill a bucket full of water. Tie a rope to it. And then hold the rope while spinning the bucket of water around yourself. You'll notice the water doesn't spill out of the bucket. It experiences an outward force known as centrifugal force. You can measure this force with any weight scale. It is real.

centripetal force is only witnessed in fluids(water going down a drain, hurricanes, etc). With solid materials the force keeping a flywheel from flying apart from centrifugal motion are molecular bonds.

centripetal=fluids only
centrifugal=solids and fluids

here's a question
if you spin something fast enough do you get a tipler cylinder time dilation?

No. Gravity is purported to to cause time dilation. So since centrifugal force is opposite, it follows that centrifugal force causes time to speed up. And it also follows to show the real reason why centrifuges are used extensively in manufacturing weapons grade nuclear fuel. The faster flow of time allows for the creation of nuclear isotopes more rapidly.

What you call centrifugal force is just the acceleration of the object. It just wants to move tangentially to the circle and not away from its center. If you are spinning the bucket and then let it go, it won't fly away from the center. It will continue its route. The centripetal force causes the object to curve as it pulls it towards the center.800px-Centripetal_force_diagram.svg.png
