I have a couple of years in mind that I'm most nostalgic for. Good memories and good vibes. Feelings and vibes I don't get often anymore.
But I don't think I'd go back. These past moments are a part of what I am now, but they do not define me so much that I'd want to live them over and over...
When you had a crappy day, it would certainly be useful to try again and make it better.
You'd be able to get out of bad situations better, avoid certain events or meetings, etc. And as Einstein suggested, lottery numbers would be useful too.

I guess it would be useful to know if a major disaster was to strike tomorrow, to have a 24-hour headstart, move to a safe place, and such. But that doesn't happen that often, so I'd go with the lottery numbers!
