That's actually eye-opening. I thought the changes would be quite apparent but it seems that it would just be minor things.

I forgot to ask this in my first post but how different would a parallel universe be considered in comparison to the one we're in right now? Would everyone still be the same, apart from you and what you changed or would it be completely different?

I agree. Time travel should be a slow and careful process. That way you can perfect each step.

I did some research and found techniques similar to the one Pegii talked about. They required meditation though, not lucid dreaming.
