John Titor spoke of 50 states becoming five regions. Also there are five presidents.

The Constitution was changed after the war. We have 5 presidents that are voted in and out on different term periods. The vice president is the president of the senate and they are voted separately.​

What I see is the opposite occurring.

Omaha is strategically and geologically safer than D.C.
D.C. will flood a few more times before the Senator's proposal is taken seriously.
It is no coincidence that Titor's family is near this farm focused capital.
