I would like to say this video is not an animal but it does seem to move with a serpentine locomotion which also brings a new problem.There are no reptiles in Iceland. Not indigenous at least. I would conclude this could be a snake thrown in the icy waters by some nut case wanting to make a video of a "monster" or just some junk floating in the water that was moved by the currents and pressure from the ice flows to move in this manner. Interesting find either way.

Oh I certainly don't hope it is a snake or other kind of live animal. Personally I think it is mere tangles of a net or something that must have collected some ice and is then pushed by the torrent and moved around.
