Food prices go up

The drought makes me sad for the farmers that depend on their crops to survive. This is how they make a living which is becoming quite a task. And here in texas there are many that are getting rid of their livestock because they can afford to feed them anymore. This is especially true with horses ive seen. It seems everybody is in a struggle to survive these days. I think down the road this is going to become more difficult. But all we can do is adapt to survive. Love and Light Vamp1r3Goddess

This is the corn now. What can we say. It will be a harvest that is very poor. Finally we are getting rain. The grass is green. However, it is not helping the corn any. Certainly this August was dry and warm. Fact is, it even got to 114 one day and there were black outs due to power use. Hey, it is nice now.
