A glowing UFO was caught on tape in Moscow. This alleged UFO sighting is one of many recent sightings in the Moscow area. A man named Vladimir Tillman took the picture on his cell phone. The strange glowing UFO was photographed from the ground. Mr. Tillman recounts witnessing the bizarre event, saying he remembers it moving out of his view and disappearing behind the building. What do you think? Is this UFO sighting proof of the presence of extraterrestrials visiting Earth. Some people claim that such photos of UFOs prove that aliens are in fact here on Earth.
