Not sure when this happened, but the video was posted in 2012.
There is a small observatory in Hessdalen, Norway, that takes photos every minute and posts them on the internet. (I'm still trying to locate that site for you). Anyway, local residents began seeing strange lights at night, so they contacted the observatory who have actual photos of it. They found that some lights move slowly and some go as fast as 30,000 kph. Some residents saw objects land and upon investigation, they found turf cut out at the landing sight.
